At SUNRISETUITION.COM we are very experienced when it comes to teaching photography to complete beginners. With both patience and humour, we can help you to learn how to use your camera in a very friendly and relaxed manner.
To date, we have given tuition to over five hundred individual students of all age groups. Our exclusive range of 'One-on-One' & 'Two-on-One' workshops have three separate aims: STEP 1: WE WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO SET-UP YOUR CAMERA TO GIVE THE BEST QUALITY IMAGES 'IN-CAMERA' Having a good understanding of file types, ISO settings, apertures, focal lengths, shutter speeds, white balance and metering settings ect. helps to determine the quality of the image captured in-camera. Step 2: LIGHTING & COMPOSITION By taking you 'on-location' (see photos) to one or more of our local venues we can teach you all about the quality, colour and direction of light. More importantly we will tell about pictorial composition which is a very important factor in successful photography. STEP 3: FINISHING TOUCHES Finally, at the end of each day's tuition, using Adobe Photoshop software, we will show you how to enhance and print your digital images. For students without a digital SLR we can loan you a SONY or Olympus camera outfit for tuition. |
